Bread for a Fugitive

Giovanni, an Italian soldier, finds refuge in the home of two weary women, who are sisters. The Germans are looking for him, but one sister falls in love with him and hides him. The other, having lost two sons in the Greek-Italian war, betrays him to the Germans.
