Nawal is involved in a boating accident near an island at sea. She wakes up to find herself in the care of two brothers, Ghassan and Adel. They soon discover that she has lost her memory, and both of them fall in love with her, each trying to get closer to her. Nawal eventually falls for Ghassan.
