Viedma hoy

Short documentary film directed by Gustavo Mosquera R. during Raúl Alfonsín's presidency. It presents the landscapes of Viedma, a city in northern Patagonia, during the planning of an ultimately abandoned project to relocate Argentina's capital there. The film is narrated by president Alfonsín himself.
