13 year-old Killari, is chosen by the Spirit of tutelary gods as a scissors dancer. Her mother, Agucha, opposes because she lost her husband, Pacha, in a duel with Lucifer and couldn’t tell him about her pregnancy, a guilt she carries all her life. She hides Pacha’s death from Killari.
