Agah Aydin is a British independent filmmaker, actor, director, and writer from London. In 2025, he completed two short films: Leisure + Siege and Newsflash; both produced on zero budget. The six-minute debut was created within a month, followed by the sophomore film, Newsflash, which was written, filmed, and edited in under two weeks, demonstrating his drive under time. This additionally marks his milestone as one of the youngest independent filmmakers in the UK to produce multiple films solo within a single year. The amalgamation of these two elements creates his distinctive style in contemporary cinema. His work explores themes of media and the human experience, often critiquing politics and highlighting stories that might otherwise go unnoticed. Without formal training, Agah relies on his natural storytelling, crafting films that are both visually engaging and emotionally resonant. - IMDb mini biography by: Agah Aydin
